Boo is a neutered Yorkie who is about 7 years old. His foster mom
says he looks and acts a lot younger. We were told he is blind but he
gets around fine, even in places strange to him. We have him listed as
special needs but he really doesn't seem to be. He is being fostered in
the Houston Tx area. He is working on house training but wears a belly
band indoors. He is very sweet according to foster mom. If you are
